Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Phone Receptionist service provided by BizGrow ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using our AI Phone Receptionist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BizGrow provides an AI-powered phone receptionist for local service businesses. Our service includes:

AI-powered phone answering when you can't pick up
Automated lead capture (caller name, issue, callback number)
Instant SMS notifications with lead details
A dedicated phone number for call forwarding

3. Demo

We offer a free demo call so you can hear the AI receptionist in action. The demo is provided "as-is" and is for demonstration purposes only.

4. Payment Terms

The service costs $199 per month with no setup fee
Monthly fees are billed in advance via Stripe
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation:

Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
Your dedicated phone number will be released
No refunds will be issued for partial months

6. Call Recording and AI

Calls handled by the AI receptionist are processed in real time using speech-to-text and text-to-speech technology
Call transcripts and lead data are stored securely to provide you with lead notifications
You are responsible for informing your callers that an AI assistant may answer, in accordance with applicable laws

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information during onboarding
Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Comply with all applicable telecommunications and privacy laws
Set up proper call forwarding from your business line

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or that every lead will be captured.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including increased customers or revenue. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or SMS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
