• Call handling preferences (communication style, pricing rules, allowed/disallowed phrases)

When a caller reaches your AI receptionist, we process:

• Caller's voice (converted to text in real time, not stored as audio)
• Information the caller provides: name, reason for calling, callback number
• Call metadata: duration, timestamp, phone number

This data is used to send you lead notifications and to improve the quality of the service.

How We Use Your Information

• Configure and run your AI phone receptionist
• Send you SMS notifications with lead details
• Provide customer support
• Improve our AI and service quality

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers to deliver our service:

• Twilio — phone calls and SMS delivery
• Deepgram — speech-to-text processing
• OpenAI — AI conversation handling
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice generation
• Stripe — payment processing

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure database storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Call transcripts and lead data are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may request deletion of your data.
